The thing I really love about "What About Me" , its in your face. Hey we are all selfish and the true joys in life are really not about me! Only when we have someone to share our lives and experiences with, do we find complete joy and happiness. We run after "our happiness" all day long and at the end of the day it gets us nowhere! How funny is it that what would make us truly happy and complete is to stop fussing over our own roles and look around at everyone else with their starring roles! Its amazing how helping others actually ends up helping yourself!

I believe the reason we do this "expectation thing" is for our minds to have a way of preparing. We all want to have some control over our own lives and in some way expecting is sort of our minds way to prepare, thus having some control over the situation we are about to embark on or in. There is no actual reality there is only the perception of what we each believe our reality is. So one could never possibly get any one "right".
